    Tropical Drinks

     

    SCORPION BOWL

     1 ounce dark rum
     1 ounce gold rum
     1 ounce 151 proof rum
     2 ounces gin
     2 ounces vodka
     4 ounces orange juice
     4 ounces pineapple juice
     4 ounces grenadine

    Blend ingredients in a blender, add to a large punch bowl full of ice. Garnish with orange slices, cherries and orchids (serves 6 – 8)

    SUFFERING BASTARD

     1 ½ ounce gin
     ½ ounce bourgon
     3 ounces chilled ginger ale
     Juice of one half lime

    Pour ingredients into a mug or an ice filled glass, garnish with mint sprigs.

    GILLIGAN’S ISLAND

     1 ounce 99 Bananas liquor
     1 ounce coconut rum
     1 ounce pineapple juice
     1 ounce cranberry juice

    Pour ingredients over ice into a glass.

    ROYAL HAWAIIAN

     1 ½ ounce gin
     ½ ounce lemon juice
     1 ounce pineapple juice
     1 tsp orgeat

    Shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker full of ice, strain into a glass.

    PAINKILLER

     2 ounces pineapple juice
     1 ounce amber rum
     1 ounce cream of coconut
     1 ounce orange juice

    Shake over ice, pour into a glass, add some grated nutmeg.
